Getting retry logic right

Naive retries create duplicates when the original request succeeds but the acknowledgement fails. Pathways uses idempotency keys scoped to each sync event, with conflict resolution configurable per integration.

Full pipeline observability

Every sync event generates a structured log capturing source, destination, record count, duration, conflicts, and retries. When a pipeline slows down, teams can see exactly where it happened and why.
