About the Role
This role is focused on the hard, unglamorous problems that make a platform trustworthy: conflict resolution, retry logic that never loses data, and observability that tells us something is wrong before a customer does.
What You Will Work On
- Build real-time and scheduled sync pipelines across 240+ integrations
- Design conflict resolution logic
- Improve retry and recovery behavior
- Build observability and audit logging
- Evaluate and onboard new integration sources
What We Are Looking For
- 4 or more years working on data pipelines or ETL systems
- Strong understanding of consistency and idempotency
- Experience with databases, SaaS APIs, and event streams
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Go
- A methodical approach to debugging
