About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer who can move between high-level product thinking and detailed interface work without losing momentum in either direction. You will pair closely with engineering from the first sketch to the shipped feature.
What You Will Work On
- Design core product flows across Cortex, Ask, Pulse, and Recall
- Turn complex technical concepts into interfaces that feel simple
- Build and maintain components within our design system
- Prototype new ideas quickly in Figma or code
- Partner directly with engineers through implementation
What We Are Looking For
- 5 or more years of experience designing software products
- A portfolio that shows systems thinking and high-fidelity execution
- Experience designing technical or data-heavy products
- Comfort prototyping in Figma and getting hands-on with code
- Strong communication for an async, remote team
