About the Role
You will work directly with engineers to understand how features actually work. Good documentation here is treated as part of the product, not an afterthought bolted on at the end of a release.
What You Will Work On
- Own documentation for Cortex, Ask, Pulse, Recall, Pathways, and Nucleus
- Write API reference docs for the REST API, SDKs, and CLI
- Build onboarding guides
- Document features as they ship
- Establish a consistent voice and structure
What We Are Looking For
- 3 or more years of technical writing experience
- The ability to read code or work closely with engineers
- A track record of explaining complex systems clearly
- Strong editing instincts
- Comfort working independently
