How it works

Connect your Pipecloud workspace and choose which objects and fields to include. Cortex ingests the data using a real-time sync and resolves it against matching records from every other connected source. Relationships map automatically, so the information becomes queryable in Ask without exports, joins, or manual schema work.

Configure

A workspace admin can manage the Pipecloud connection from the integrations panel in settings. Source scope, field mapping, and sync behavior are configured per workspace. Historical data is included on first connection, while permissions and retention continue to follow your existing policies.
