This Refund and Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”) applies to Subscriptions sold by Seyuna Inc. and forms part of the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
Nothing in this Policy limits a withdrawal, cancellation, refund, conformity, consumer-guarantee, or other remedy that applicable law does not permit Seyuna to exclude.
1. Subscription term and renewal
Before you authorize payment, the Order identifies the selected plan, material features, included Usage Units, price, currency, applicable tax, monthly billing period, and automatic-renewal terms. Unless an Order expressly states otherwise, the minimum paid commitment is one monthly billing period and the Subscription renews for successive monthly periods until cancelled.
Seyuna does not impose an overage, top-up, or add-on charge unless its price and terms are separately presented and authorized.
Usage Units are service entitlements, not money, deposits, or stored value. Their consumption, allowance, reset, rollover, and expiry rules are stated in the applicable Order and Section 9 of the Terms of Service.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel through the Seyuna billing page or by emailing billing@seyuna.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant Account, organization, or Subscription. Seyuna may take proportionate steps to verify the request but will not require full payment-card details.
Cancellation takes effect when Seyuna receives a request that reasonably identifies the Subscription and prevents any renewal charge submitted for processing after receipt. Unless applicable law, the Order, or a remedy under this Policy provides otherwise, the Subscription remains available until the end of the current paid billing period and no further recurring Fee is due.
Account deletion and Subscription cancellation are separate requests.
3. General refund terms
Except as provided in Sections 4 through 7 or in an Order, Fees are not refundable solely because you:
- did not use the Services or used only part of the available Subscription or Usage Units;
- changed your mind after an applicable withdrawal or cancellation period expired;
- cancelled after a new billing period began; or
- no longer require the Services.
Cancellation ordinarily prevents a future renewal rather than reversing a Fee for a billing period that has already begun.
4. Billing errors and unauthorized charges
Seyuna will investigate a reported unauthorized, duplicate, or incorrectly calculated charge, a charge made after cancellation took effect, or a transaction that was not supplied as agreed. If the issue is confirmed, Seyuna will provide the correction or remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law.
To request a review, contact billing@seyuna.com and provide the Account email, transaction date, amount, and reason for the request. Do not provide a full card number or security code.
5. European Economic Area and United Kingdom withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you generally have 14 days after entering a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions and national rules. To exercise the right, send an unequivocal statement to billing@seyuna.com before the withdrawal period expires.
You may use the following model statement, but are not required to do so:
I give notice that I withdraw from my Seyuna Subscription ordered on [date]. The Subscription is [plan], the Account email is [email], and my name and address are [name and address].
If you expressly request that Seyuna begin supplying a paid service during the withdrawal period and receive any notice or acknowledgement required by law concerning proportionate payment, applicable law may permit Seyuna to deduct a proportionate amount for service supplied before withdrawal. A withdrawal right for a service is lost after full performance only if every required prior express request, acknowledgement, and confirmation was validly obtained. A withdrawal right for digital content supplied immediately is lost only where every separate consent and acknowledgement required by law was validly obtained.
Seyuna will not treat a statutory right as waived where the required request, consent, acknowledgement, or durable confirmation was not obtained. When withdrawal is valid, Seyuna will reimburse the amount required by law without undue delay and ordinarily no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
6. Non-conforming digital services
Mandatory consumer law may require digital content or a digital service to conform to the contract. Depending on the circumstances, available remedies may include bringing the service into conformity, repeat performance, a proportionate price reduction, termination, or a refund. These remedies apply independently of the ordinary cancellation rule in Section 2.
7. Rights in other markets
Seyuna honours applicable non-excludable rights in every market in which it sells, including automatic-renewal rules, cooling-off rights, statutory cancellation rights, and consumer guarantees. The existence and scope of a remedy may depend on your location, whether you purchased as a consumer or for business purposes, the nature of the issue, and the transaction date.
You may submit a request through the billing contact without citing a statute or using a particular legal form. Seyuna will assess the request under the law applicable to the transaction.
8. Method and timing of refunds
Unless applicable law permits another method and you agree to it, an approved card refund will be returned to the original payment method. Seyuna will initiate an approved refund within the period required by law. The payment provider or your financial institution may require additional time to make the credit visible.
A refund or credit does not revive expired Usage Units or create a cash-redemption right in unused Usage Units.
9. Payment disputes
You may contact Seyuna before initiating a payment dispute so that we can investigate promptly, but this is not a condition of exercising a lawful chargeback, complaint, or regulatory right. Seyuna may provide the payment provider with relevant Order, consent, delivery, cancellation, communication, and transaction records when responding to a dispute.
