This page identifies service providers that may receive personal information when Seyuna provides the Services. Capitalized terms not defined on this page have the meanings given in the Data Processing Addendum or Terms of Service. Seyuna limits the personal information it discloses to a provider to information reasonably necessary for the relevant function. A provider may independently collect information where identified below or under its own service interface and privacy notice.
1. Subprocessors
The following providers may process Customer Personal Data on Seyuna’s behalf under the Data Processing Addendum.

Customer gives general authorization for these subprocessors under the Data Processing Addendum. Seyuna will provide reasonable advance notice before a new or replacement subprocessor begins processing Customer Personal Data. A customer may object on reasonable, documented data-protection grounds by emailing privacy@seyuna.com before the stated effective date.
2. Mixed-role payment and tax providers
Payment and tax providers act as service providers for some processing and may act independently where they must comply with payment-network, fraud-prevention, security, tax, or legal obligations.

Seyuna is the seller of the Subscription. Stripe and Moneris are not the seller or merchant of record for Seyuna’s Subscription.
3. Optional identity and integration providers
If enabled and selected by the customer, GitHub, Inc., Google LLC, or Microsoft Corporation and their applicable regional affiliates may receive account identifiers and authentication transaction data to provide sign-in. GitHub may also receive repository, installation, source, commit, and access-token data when a customer connects a repository. These providers ordinarily determine their own processing of their account and integration services under their respective privacy notices.
A customer may direct a Customer Application to use another third-party service. The customer is responsible for that independent service and for disclosing it in the Customer Application’s privacy notice.
4. International processing and changes
Providers may process information in Canada, the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other locations in which they or their authorized subprocessors operate. The Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum explain the applicable safeguards.
