Privacy request

Request access, correction, portability, deletion or help with Seyuna personal information.

You do not need a Seyuna account to use this form. We will not confirm whether an account exists in the form response. We may request proportionate identity or authority evidence before disclosing or changing information.

We use this information to verify and fulfil the request. Identity verification may follow. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card data, or unrelated sensitive content.

We respond within the period required by the law that applies to the request; Canadian PIPEDA access requests are generally answered within 30 days, subject to a permitted extension and notice.
