This Cookie Policy explains how Seyuna Inc. uses cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
1. Technologies we use
Depending on the feature requested, Seyuna uses:
- Authentication and security technologies to sign you in, maintain a session, complete a provider login, prevent request forgery, apply rate limits, and protect accounts and forms.
- Temporary signup and location cookies to complete account creation and carry your Terms, Privacy, age, location, and preference choices through a magic-link or provider-login process. These cookies expire after no more than 30 minutes.
- Temporary rights-access cookies to protect access to an export, cancellation, or rights-request result. These cookies expire after no more than 15 minutes.
- Payment technologies supplied by Stripe or Moneris in hosted checkout, billing, and payment interfaces to authorize transactions and prevent fraud.
- Cloudflare Turnstile on protected forms and authentication flows to distinguish legitimate activity from automated abuse.
- A sidebar-preference cookie to remember whether the application sidebar is open for up to seven days.
- Theme local storage to remember your appearance preference until you change it or clear browser storage.
- A Global Privacy Control preference for up to one year where retaining the signal is necessary to honour a legally required choice.
Authentication, security, signup, location, rights-access, and payment technologies are necessary to provide the requested function or protect the Services. Blocking them may prevent the relevant feature from working.
2. Non-essential tracking
As of this Policy’s effective date, Seyuna does not use general analytics cookies, advertising pixels, targeted-advertising cookies, or cross-context behavioural tracking. If Seyuna introduces non-essential browser storage, it will update this Policy and obtain consent or provide an opt-out where required before using it.
3. Your controls
You can delete or block cookies and local storage through your browser. Doing so may sign you out or prevent an essential flow from working.
Seyuna does not respond to the legacy Do Not Track header because there is no consistent industry standard for interpreting it. Seyuna recognizes Global Privacy Control where legally required for a covered sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity. The Privacy Policy provides further information.
4. Contact and changes
Submit a question or request through the Privacy request form or email privacy@seyuna.com. We will update this Policy when our use of browser technologies materially changes and will identify the effective date of the revised version.
