An unauthenticated channel for reporting content or conduct connected to Seyuna.

Report a Seyuna URL, account, or service interaction that may be illegal, unsafe, deceptive, or contrary to our rules. Do not send illegal imagery. Provide a URL or identifier and a description only. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Choose a general report, which may be anonymous, or a formal European Union Digital Services Act notice. A formal notice requires your name and email, the exact electronic location, a sufficiently explained legal basis, and a bona-fide declaration. Name and email may be omitted only for information considered to involve an offence covered by Articles 3–7 of Directive 2011/93/EU. Do not upload or send illegal imagery.

Outcome and appeal

A formal notifier receives a receipt identifier and, when an email is supplied, an email confirmation. Seyuna records a reasoned outcome with any use of automated means and an appeal route. A reporter or affected customer can ask for review atabuse@seyuna.com with the ticket or project reference and reasons. For European Union Digital Services Act communications, service recipients may use that address and authorities may use legal@seyuna.com. Communications may be sent in English.
