8. Customer Applications
A Customer Application must provide all legally required publisher identity, contact, consumer, privacy, cookie, accessibility, and complaint information. It must not falsely suggest that Seyuna endorses, operates, or certifies it.
9. Enforcement
Seyuna may use automated security and abuse signals and human review to investigate a suspected violation. Depending on the nature, severity, recurrence, intent, and risk, Seyuna may warn the Customer; restrict a feature or distribution; isolate or remove material; suspend or terminate an Account; preserve evidence; notify an affected party; or report conduct to an authority where required or permitted by law.
Seyuna may act immediately where delay would create material risk or notice is prohibited. Otherwise, where required and lawful, Seyuna will provide the affected Customer with the material reason for the action and an available appeal method. An appeal will be reviewed with appropriate independence from the original decision where required.
Seyuna may terminate, in appropriate circumstances, an Account held by a repeat infringer. The Copyright notice and counter-notice process explains how to submit or contest a copyright claim.
10. Reporting and appeals
Use Report abuse for harmful or illegal content, Copyright notices for copyright matters, and Security for vulnerabilities. A report should identify the exact electronic location and provide sufficient facts to assess it. You must not knowingly submit a materially false, abusive, or duplicative report.
For notices under the European Union Digital Services Act, legal@seyuna.com is Seyuna’s electronic contact for authorities and abuse@seyuna.com is the contact for service recipients.
To contest an enforcement decision, reply through the appeal route in the decision notice or contact abuse@seyuna.com with the relevant Account, project, or decision reference and the basis for the appeal.
For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
